The Cigar Society

• All aficionados, professionals or academics are encouraged to submit articles. Even if very simple and short, any article presenting knowledge and/or ideas interesting to the Cigar Society will be supported.

• Focus will be put on the Cigar Culture, however articles about ‘sister’ disciplines like tea, coffee, chocolate, wine, etc. will be positively considered for publishing.

• Before submitting, authors should review the editorial quality of their articles:
• - Objectivity should be maximized. Partial or oriented content will cause immediate rejection.
• - Content should be in line with the objectives of the JOURNAL: promote a genuine cigar culture.
• - Concepts and ideas should be clearly explained, though complete and detailed.> Content should be in line with the objectives of the JOURNAL.

• All statements of fact, opinion, or analysis expressed in the articles are those of the author(s) and do not reflect the positions or views of the JOURNAL. It is the responsibility of the authors to obtain written permission for quotation, as well as for the reprinting of photos, figures, tables or poems.

• Upon acceptance of an article for publication, authors agree to automatically share copyright of the article with the JOURNAL and thus grant the rights to publish the Article to the JOURNAL’s publisher, Compañía NADIR & BOHUE S.A. / Publishing. Authorizing the JOURNAL to freely use the article will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.
